“What a cool experience! We were originally interested in a day-hike, but Nik mentioned that if we waited until the evening, we’d be able to see the sunset and moonrise at almost the same time. And, also that night, there happened to be a comet. So, we decided to take his advice and are so glad we did! We started in the afternoon and hiked to a hilltop with 360 views of the ocean on one side and the whole Bay Area on the other, including the Golden Gate Bridge and SF. The timing was perfect.
