“"Tower Tours - San Francisco's Sightseeing Specialist" sent a message the day before stating that the tour had changed. Nobody on the tour had read the message, most thought it was an advertisement for another tour they offered. They did not take us to Napa they also didn't take us to Muir Woods. The two things that everyone booked the tour for. Instead they took us to two wineries, one was the worst wine I ever tasted, and they left us there for hours. There was no actual "tour" it was just a shuttle service. We didn't tour one winery. It was a total bait and switch, no refund was…”

“Many experiences were memorable. The driver/tour guide was excellent. Despite an unfortunate incident at the pickup point, Antony was professional, resourceful, patient, and always cheerful. We experienced road construction, detour, and a highway closure due to fires. He always thought of our safety and comfort. My only criticism would be to his company and the planning details of such a long drive for the tour. The road issues were beyond his control but caused longer driving time to our hotel both nights with no dinner. Antony did his absolute best to see to our needs. He kept all the tourists informed in 3 languages! We saw wonderful attractions in CA…”

“It was an interesting tour. I would recommend the tour and the Guide. Charlie spoke mandarin to the other guests but always made sure I also got the information in english. Charlie was very knowledgable about every stop on the tour and a very safe driver. Capitola was a lovely little spot for a great margarita. Abolone farm was closed but there was a lovely senic beach we were able to enjoy instead. Santa Clara wa sgreat. We had almost two hours there and walked every bit of the pier and board walk which had an awesome VW car show that day. From there we went to the Steam train…”
