He was speeding up the mountains, taking sharp turns, passing cars on the highway nearly hitting cars, and almost hit a biker driving downtown. There is NO reason to put us and an entire bus of people in a compromising and unsafe position driving like that up a mountain.”

“The driver was great, we had a great time with Steve who was very knowledgeable and kept us right on time. The bus was a little cramped but still nice. Take some snacks in case you get peckish, there are opportunities to buy and take food on the road so take advantage. We started getting hungry on the way from the third winery and it helps to soak up the alcohol.”

“This is a car ONLY setup not a TOUR at all. I had to do all the work to setup the winery tours and itinerary. Clearly the title says Winery Tour. Be very careful, if you know where you want to go and want to setup,all the visits, then consider it. The driver was great and the ride was comfortable but I did not expect to do all the work. Viator needs to better screen its operators. None of the reviews state that you have to setup your own tours. Also, our driver knew nothing about the area and was quiet the entire trip.”

“The bike had everything we needed - a map, lock, bottle of water, and a zipper pouch to hold extra items. We were originally concerned about riding on the shoulder of the roads heading up Silverado Trail and down Napa Trail, but quickly realized the shoulders were very wide and we felt quite safe. We will rent bikes again on a future trip to Napa! Great job, Chris, on setting up a solid business with repeat customers.”
