“The only downside to this trip is the brief time you have in Muir Woods - it's 90 minutes in total. We did the more ambitious hike to the 4th bridge up the hill ridge trail, and to really experience the woods it is best to be able to stand/sit in the groves, and enjoy the silence. We had to really turn up the speed on the hike back to make it back to our transportation on time. The woods itself is breathtaking - a special place worth remembering, and the smell in the air is so fresh. One other small detail - our entrance to the National Monument of…”
